Eligibility and Account Policy
2.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use ahs77 services. At the time of registration or at any time thereafter, ahs77 may request a national ID, birth certificate, or other government-issued document to verify your age.
If an account is opened by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances in that account may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Registration

ahs77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as part of its security policy. Verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Any one of the following documents may be requested for verification:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
- Driving license or birth registration certificate.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and which is registered in your name.
The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases of identity verification or additional security review.
Winnings from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal. ahs77 reserves the right to complete any necessary verification before processing a withdrawal request.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 and a bonus of ৳1,000 gives a total of ৳2,000, requiring ৳20,000 in wagering.
The welcome bonus applies only once per user and does not apply to multiple accounts from the same family or device.
4.2 VIP Program and Cashback
The ahs77 VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Advancement to VIP tiers depends on a player's activity and participation. Cashback is paid every Monday and has no wagering requirements.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The deadline to claim a bonus and the deadline to complete wagering are stated in the details of each offer.
- A maximum bet limit may apply on each wager while a bonus is active.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
- All promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at ahs77's discretion.
- In cases of bonus abuse (fraudulent betting or using multiple accounts solely to collect bonuses), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- ahs77 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion.
Game and Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Rules
All games available on ahs77 are operated by third-party software providers and run according to their own rules. The results of all games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
If a technical error occurs in a game result, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
5.2 Betting Rules
The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed in the game interface. It will not be possible to place a bet outside the set limits.
In the sports betting section: live betting is available after an event has started. However, if the result of an event is confirmed or if an event is cancelled for any reason, the bet will be refunded or settled according to the rules.
